Starting with the homepage: "the art of clean connection where human intent meets digital destination" with the CTA "Let's link and listen." The robot-and-human animation looks really good, but I got stuck on it and couldn't scroll further, and it won't help your conversion. Do you want people to think "wow, beautiful website" or do you want them to take action?
Biggest issue: say what it does
You show a long list of how creators, founders and everyday people use iLinked, but you never say what it actually does. Even with a thousand features, you need one clear thing you offer. Right now I can't tell if you're a URL shortener or a QR studio.
You have a real market here: most shorteners require subscriptions and most QR generators are full of ads and feel sketchy. Keep it simple, keep it direct, and get people to do something.
Suggestion: make the shortener your homepage. Drop the title and description, but keep the "Install iLinked app" banner.
Header & CTA
- Get Started should be on the left and be the main CTA
- "Let's link" isn't clear enough
- Not sure what the search button is for
Shortener flow
- UTM link shortening is a really nice feature
- Charging for link lifespan is smart, your paywalls are at the right moments
- Add a live preview of the generated link at the top
- The Generate button is below the fold. Let people generate right after entering a URL, and scroll them down to the terms when they press it
- The feature tip has two "Got it" buttons plus "Do not show this again". One button is enough
- It kept my input when I switched pages. Very good
Redirect page: trust is everything
The biggest fear with short links is "is this a virus?" Text like "Looking up short code, retrieving destination" sounds cool to you but unsafe to most people. Use very non-technical language. If people feel safe, that alone will sell this.
QR Studio
Works well and looks great. Make sure a standard QR is already generated first, then let people customize. The preview here is great, bring that same before → after idea to the shortener. Asking for payment at branding/logos is exactly the right moment.
Pricing
Prices are reasonable, but there are way too many plans. At this price point people don't want advanced features and won't read everything.
- Put all customization/branding on the cheapest plan, or you'll get complaints
- Max three plans
- Consider a one-time payment, like $10 once. I think you'd get way more payments
- Add-ons are good, as long as you show them while people are building
Get users first
100 users on basic features beats no users. People buy premium once they trust you. Ask people to sign in as soon as they shorten a link. You'll lose a few, but get way more signups.
Logged in
Way better. Clean UI, good dashboard, and the "Shorten" button top right is exactly what people will use. Make the public version feel more like this.
- Hide the title/description when logged in
- Remove the footer, it makes the web app feel like a website
- Keep Tutorials & Guide, but don't depend on them. Most people won't read them
Bugs
- Sign in with Google does nothing when clicked, check your console
- The URL doesn't update: after pricing it stayed /pricing everywhere, same with /rewards and /blueprint. Make each page show its own path, like /link
Growth idea
The points system and referral link are smart. Extend it: "share your short link or QR and earn points per click/scan." Every shared link becomes a referral.
Overall: a very good base and a genuinely competitive product. Focus on making it simpler, not on adding features.
