On 30 Oct 2026 the builder showed us they control raicalendar.com.

Listed by raicalendar,

RAI Calendar brings your calendar, CRM, timesheets, analytics, and productivity tools into one fast workspace. Manage your schedule, track work hours, organize contacts, and use natural language or voice commands to get things done faster.

What the builder wants tested

A few things to know before testing RAI Calendar:

I'm already aware of a couple of issues with the landing page. Some videos still have white backgrounds despite the dark theme, and the demos were recorded with an older version of RAI, so they don't fully reflect the current app.

We also recently launched a Community page. It's not very prominent yet, but it's something I care about. Users can share feedback, suggest features, and actually have a say in how RAI evolves.

When you sign up at https://raicalendar.com, you'll automatically receive a 14-day Pro trial, giving you access to all features.

I'd love to hear your honest thoughts on everything, from the landing page to the app itself. Whether it's a design issue, something confusing, a bug, or just a feature you wish existed, all feedback is welcome.

Thanks for giving RAI a try!

Free trial, then a paid plan. Testers never pay to test. If a trial asks for a card, cancel before it ends.

This app is made and run by its builder, not by TestMyBuild. We tried it once before listing it, which is not a check that it is safe, keeps working or handles your data well. Use your own judgement.

How to test this app

  1. Open the app and sign up with your real email. Start the free trial if there is one.
  2. Use it the way you would use it for real, for at least a day.
  3. Come back here. Post a screenshot of your signup and what you honestly think. One post per app, worth the listing's bounty when approved.

Landing page
"One place, more base" is a nice slogan, and the page looks professional. The pricing feels fair too: $7.99 works for me.

The slogan doesn't really explain what RAI does on its own, but the live demo (screen recordings) covers that well. You have two clear CTAs, "See how it works" and "Start free". "See how it works" taking you straight to the demo is a smart move: it shows clearly that it's a calendar, CRM, timesheets, analytics, plus an AI that can do everything for you in natural language. Great concept.

One thing to think about is the bottom-of-funnel visitor: how are you different from your competitors? What's your unique value proposition? Why would I pick RAI? "Everything in one place" hints at it, but I'd make it more explicit.

Signup & onboarding
"Start free" goes to account creation, which is standard for this industry. Continue with Google is the easiest option, good that it's there. Legal docs make sense. You could let people in before signing up, but presenting signup directly is normal in this industry, so I'm not against it.

The onboarding says "the voice-first calendar with CRM, to-dos and AI commands". This was the first time I read voice-first. That's a strong angle, so I'd surface it earlier, ideally on the landing page.

Connecting Google Calendar and creating an event was quick and easy. Onboarding is good.

Calendar
Everything works and is in order. Adding a Google Meet is still a bit confusing though. I'd copy the exact flow Google Calendar uses for adding a Meet. People are already used to it.

Monthly view at 100% zoom: only one event shows per day, followed by "1 more". I can only see the rest by hovering, which isn't convenient. At 90% or 80% browser zoom, two events show up. Since the monthly view is your default and 100% is everyone's default zoom, this is the first thing people see. Try it yourself at 100% with a day that has 2+ events. Either make sure at least 2โ€“3 events per day are visible (even if that means showing fewer days), or make the week view the default.

The week view looks a lot better and shows all events per day. One thing there: all-day events are collapsed into one with an expand arrow. I'd just show them expanded by default. For example, Election Day tomorrow should simply be visible, not hidden behind an arrow.

CRM: Call & Email
Call needs work. Clicking Call on a contact immediately creates a Google Meet. That's too fast (one misclick and there's a Meet) and it's not what I'd expect: when I click Call, I want to call a phone number. I hadn't added a phone number, but creating a Meet instead is confusing. Look at how other CRMs handle this.

Email just shows "Email initiated" and it also appears in the notes. I honestly don't understand what that option does. Quick notes and deep notes do make sense. Normally CRMs either send the email from within the CRM by connecting a sending address, or open a mailto: link.

To-do list
When I complete a task, it disappears from All Tasks, Upcoming, Today and Inbox and only shows under Incomplete (which seems odd in itself). It should at least stay in All Tasks, since that's all tasks. Show it as completed instead of removing it, unless the view is specifically for unfinished tasks.

AI assistant ๐Ÿ›
Bug: the assistant returns "The assistant could not be reached, so nothing was written." I asked it to create a to-do task. You can probably reproduce this by asking it anything, typed or by voice. This one definitely needs fixing.

When I record a command, the "Ask RAI" bar opens, but it doesn't disappear after I stop recording, and it overlaps the main view (see screenshot). Might be related to the connection error, but either way there should be a clear way to close that bar.

Voice input also cuts off too early. If I pause for ~15โ€“20 seconds to think, it stops listening. I'd add a keyboard shortcut (two-key combo) to start/stop recording, similar to how Wispr Flow does it. That setup works really well.

Summary
Solid concept and a professional first impression. Main priorities: fix the assistant connection, make the assistant bar closable, show more than one event per day in the monthly view at 100% zoom, rework Call/Email in the CRM, keep completed tasks visible in All Tasks, and make your differentiator (voice-first) clearer up front.
