- Daylift, : My main concern is whether a web app is the right format for this product. I can see the potential, but I think the value would be much stronger as a mobile app. The use case seems to be something people want to interact with quickly as part of their daily routine. Having to open a browser and navigate to a website adds friction, especially for something that should become a habit. What confused me: I wasn't immediately convinced why I would return to the web app regularly instead of just trying it once and forgetting about it. The product needs a clearer reason for users to come back every day. What I would change: Make it mobile-first. A dedicated mobile app would make the experience feel more natural for quick, daily interactions. Add useful notifications. Gentle reminders and timely prompts could help users build a consistent routine without needing to remember to open the app themselves. Reduce friction. Getting to the main action should take as few taps as possible. Give users a reason to return. Clear progress tracking, meaningful milestones, and a sense of improvement over time could make the experience more rewarding. Keep the web version as a companion. The website could still be useful for onboarding, account management, or reviewing progress, while the mobile app handles everyday use. Overall, I see potential in the idea, but I think the biggest opportunity is to make it fit naturally into people's daily lives. For this type of product, convenience and repeat engagement are essential. I'd focus on those before adding more features.
