Listed by trawelio,

Launch your tour, travel business site in days, not months. Structured tours, bookings, availability, and multiple payment options such as Stripe, PayPal, Omise and Pay Solutions.

Free trial, then a paid plan. Testers never pay to test. If a trial asks for a card, cancel before it ends.

This app is made and run by its builder, not by TestMyBuild. We tried it once before listing it, which is not a check that it is safe, keeps working or handles your data well. Use your own judgement.

How to test this app

  1. Open the app and sign up with your real email. Start the free trial if there is one.
  2. Use it the way you would use it for real, for at least a day.
  3. Come back here. Post a screenshot of your signup and what you honestly think. One post per app, worth the listing's bounty when approved.

1. First impression
Really like how specific you are. "Launch a tour business in days, not months" and "Tour operating system for Southeast Asia" are super clear and niche. That's what works.

2. Positioning: Southeast Asia, one city, or worldwide?
Decide on purpose how narrow you go. Quick formula:

  1. Goal: how much per month should this make? Something realistic, e.g. $1–2k.
  2. Honest price: $36 Starter seems fair. Be on the cheap side, but don't undersell.
  3. Math: how many customers do you need to hit that goal? And to reach $1M total?
  4. Market check: is your audience (e.g. only Phuket operators) big enough for that?

If yes: go hyper-targeted ("for Phuket tour operators") and say it everywhere, don't mix it with Southeast Asia.
If no: open it up, ideally worldwide with Spanish added. Tour operators in Mexico have the same problems.

Also: call tour operators you know and ask what they think. Best feedback you'll get.

3. Homepage: too many buttons
4 CTAs above the fold is too much. Too many options = people leave (think restaurant menu with 1,000 items).
One big CTA (Create your workspace) + one small one (Sign in).

4. Let people build before they pay
The admin demo is great, but right now I must pick a plan before seeing the app. Instead:

  • Let people go straight in and build their site, add tours, connect their domain
  • Ask for payment when they click Publish

After 15–20 minutes of setup and seeing the preview, it's mine. That's when people pay, and when they'll actually read the plans instead of just picking Starter.

5. Bug: signup error
Clicking "Create account and continue" gave a console error (password-related, I think) but no error message on screen. Show it so people can fix it. Reply here and I'll send the console log.

6. Checkout
Stripe checkout gives confidence Thai baht payout is nice. Stripe can also display prices in more local currencies.

7. Onboarding

  • Makes sense overall, and you covered the cash/water-taxi payment issue
  • Excel template export gives an error. Import is nice, but make sure both work.
  • Add Google Maps for tour locations so customers get the right directions
  • After creating my first tour, take me straight back to onboarding (took a while)
  • Stripe setup fails: missing Stripe platform secret key variable
  • During onboarding, the sidebar should only show "Complete setup", not empty pages
  • "Preview live site" goes to the Trawelio homepage instead of my site
  • Add a Publish button on the preview: stops free-trial spam and is the perfect moment to ask for payment
  • Make "View public site" very big. The message: "This is yours."

8. Features I'd add

  • Chat bubble on the customer site (huge value, easy to build)
  • Create customers manually (I couldn't)
  • Custom domain before paying. More personal = more likely to pay
  • Payments via the website
  • Loading animations everywhere

9. Navigation order
Keep the dashboard on top, but put Website above Catalog. People want to see the tangible result first, bookings and customers are backend.

10. Overall
Very complete and straightforward: "this is for tours." The calendar is great, feels like WordPress but easier. Congrats

Main takeaway: let people customize first, ask for payment after.
