Hey! Your listing scores a 10/10, great job. I went through the site, the instant preview and the full onboarding. Feedback below, grouped by your what to test list.
Website and first impression
- Nice animation, and I like the light mode.
- The headline "Set it up once, get months of posting on autopilot" is unique, but familiar wording converts better. Something like "We handle your social media" or "AI-generated social media posts" is instantly clear.
- The platform icons are a strength. Keep them.
- The favicon doesn't show on a light tab.
- The page is simple and good for conversion. Almost everyone will go straight for Instant Preview, so that flow has to be flawless.
Speed and performance ⚠️
The biggest issue: the preview took about 5 minutes. People won't wait that long, and I couldn't tell if it was still loading or stuck.
- Show a loading state like ChatGPT or Gemini, with an image outline being "drawn".
- Let people close the "Generating a preview" overlay.
- Best option: run the onboarding while the images generate.
Account and sign-in
- It says "No account, no password", then asks for Google or email, then shows "Signed in as...". That's a contradiction. To users, entering an email is creating an account.
- After a refresh it said I was signed in, even though I never created an account.
- Just create the account at the preview step and own it.
1. Post quality and relevance
- The images are really good. The text and logo render correctly, and some ideas are spot on.
- But they aren't personalized enough to use. They feel like great templates, not posts for my brand. If I have to rework them, the point of the product is gone.
- Ask for the website and IG at the preview step and use them. A weak preview is worse than no preview, because most people try AI once and give up.
2. Website and IG readers
- Not active in the preview yet.
- In the main onboarding, step 3 was amazing. It read my brand very accurately.
- Small things: the description lists too many of my apps, and the industry label is a bit off. For Instagram, accept a link or a handle.
- Also make sure that if I signed in that I remain signed in and don't have to keep logging in every time I visit.
3. Onboarding flow
- Logo: drag and drop works but has no "drop here" state. On step 4 my logo doesn't render.
- Colors (step 4): no suggestions, and the detected brand colors were wrong. This is the hardest part for non-designers. Suggest palettes from my brand. That's huge value.
- Picture styles: "Pick 5 to 10", but it looked like only 6 options. Make the categories and header clearer, and guide people away from wrong picks.
- Product photos: make them optional for digital products.
- Tax number: I'm not comfortable sharing it, and it's asked twice. Let Stripe handle invoicing.
- Phone OTP: feels like too much.
- Length: from step 5 it gets long. Fatigue leads to wrong inputs.
- Bug (step 8): the error says "Connect your platform to proceed", but I only needed to select one platform.
Plans and payment
- Four plans is too many, and there's no yearly option.
- The paywall comes too early. Let me see the dashboard and my images first, and lock downloads and extra generations until I pay. A no-card free trial would be even better.
6. Testing from outside India (Mexico) 🌎
- Razorpay is a blocker. It's unknown here, and the ₹5 charge put me off. It's not bad, but Western users trust Stripe.
- Asking for a tax number upfront is also something that seems too private. Many users here won't want to do that.
4 and 5. Campaigns and editing
I couldn't test these because I didn't want to pay through Razorpay. If you give my account free access for a limited time, I'm happy to continue and reply directly within this thread.
Overall the core is strong: great images and impressive brand reading. Fix the wait time, the sign-in contradiction and the early paywall, push personalization, and this gets much better. 🙌
