LetzGo.LIVE helps small organisers bring people together and manage their activities in one place. Built for trek leaders, small travel agencies, sports organisers, workshop hosts and community groups, it combines social connection with practical event tools.

Running an event often means collecting interest in a WhatsApp group, sharing payment links, matching payments to names, moving confirmed participants into another group and repeatedly sending updates. LetzGo.LIVE brings these tasks together so organisers can spend more time on the experience.

Four connected modules help you get things done:

  • Connect: Build a community around your organisation, interests or regular activities.
  • Chat: Talk with participants, share announcements, coordinate arrangements and keep conversations going between events.
  • Event: Create and publish events, accept registrations, sell tickets and manage participants. Share schedules, meeting points and details for transport, food and accommodation.
  • Expense: Track personal spending, split bills with a group or manage expenses as an organiser. Keep track of event collections and spending.

Integrated ticket payments connect payments to bookings, reducing the need to manually match payment screenshots with participant names. AI assistance helps with event planning and everyday group tasks.

Whether you are arranging a weekend trek, a local sports activity, a dance workshop or a cultural celebration, LetzGo.LIVE keeps your community, conversations, events and expenses together.

Available on Android, iOS and web. Currently focused on India, with a first-year platform fee waiver for organisers. Applicable payment gateway charges may still apply.

Overall: Great idea, and the features (especially event creation and image generation) are really impressive. The main problem: onboarding is too long and the core features are hard to find. 1. Store listing & website ASO: Your App Store/Google Play listings only say “LetzGo Live.” Add a short subtitle and improve the description (see Daily Captain for an example). Screenshots are good. LetzGo.Live: The landing page looks like a basic AI-generated site. Invest time in it: clearly explain what the app does, who it’s for, and show real screenshots. 2. Onboarding (top priority) I had to accept the Terms and Privacy Policy three times across ~6 screens. Cut it to 1–2 screens; put terms acceptance on the signup page. Ask for permissions after showing the app’s value. Consider allowing use of the main feature without logging in. Only ask for name + one field, then show the incomplete profile so users want to finish it. 3. Bugs Rejecting notifications, then tapping “Stay in the Loop,” loads forever. Use the native iOS “Open Settings” link. Birth date shows “not valid” before I finish typing. The 13+/US confirmation repeats. Remove it and link to the terms instead. Only India, Netherlands and Germany country codes available. Username “JanSytzeHeegstra” was rejected, then accepted on re-entry. Expenses show ₹. Use $ or localize. Can’t tap the profile photo to change it. Add an edit icon. 4. In-app No feature onboarding after signup; “Explore Events” and featured ads lack context. “Ask Anything” feels irrelevant on the home screen. Works well: profile visibility, identity verification, account linking, and especially Create Event. 5. Main recommendation Make the core action the first thing users see. Ask: “What do you want to do? Plan an event / Join an event,” then walk them through doing it once, even with test data. Once they’ve done it, they get the value.
