First of all: very clean website, I get a professional vibe from it. What I am missing on the website is clarity. I'm not necessarily super experienced with Discord but I feel like above the fold on the website it should be very clear what it does: one sentence, exactly what it does. Unified Discord Community Operations is not really a clear functionality. Focus especially on how this is going to affect the potential users' life. You can highlight 1 specific benefit and see which one works best. The documentation is really good (cosmosbot.net/docs). You could leverage this in an onboarding sequence. I do especially like the Applications module. I think you could get a lot of people if you make it understandable for non discord users so that HR professionals can start from 0-10 with your discord bot. E.g. "How to automate your candidate screening with Discord" and market it like that. All features did work flawlessly. The Attachment Only functionality was VERY fast. This tool is actually super cool. It's been amazing so far and I plan on using it more personally for my Discord server as far as that goes. For anyone looking for a Discord extension that can: - Add verification to prevent bots and spam from your discord server - Help screen candidates - Create Levels and XP (which was something I needed myself) - And much much more I definitely recommend this tool. My final verdict: The tool is extremely complete and has many functionalities. Having this many functionalities however, can make it difficult to navigate. For my use case, and many less-experienced discord users I would recommend to add this small improvement which would make it complete: a simple search/questionnaire on your webpage that asks the user what they are looking to do, and points them to the right docs. This will help your sales as well. "What are you trying to do in Discord?", "We can help you, use THIS tool."
